- T A Physical Trailblazer The Trailblazer is the free protagonist who can switch Paths and Elements through the story. As a Physical Destruction unit they deal solid AoE-leaning damage and are a reliable backbone for early accounts before limited units arrive.
- M A Ice March 7th March 7th is a free Ice Preservation unit who shields the ally with the highest aggro and can freeze enemies with her Ultimate. She is the default survival pick for new accounts and pairs naturally with any on-field DPS.
- D B Wind Dan Heng Dan Heng is a free Wind Hunt unit focused on single-target damage with a follow-up attack on Skill. He is a strong early-game carry but is outscaled by limited Hunt units like Seele at the top end.
- K S Lightning Kafka Kafka is a Lightning Nihility unit who anchors Damage-over-Time teams. Her kit immediately triggers existing DoT effects, so she is built around a full DoT party rather than raw personal damage.
- S S Quantum Seele Seele is a Quantum Hunt unit whose Talent grants a Resurgence extra action after defeating an enemy, snowballing through waves. She rewards aggressive single-target bursting and Speed investment.
- J S Ice Jingliu Jingliu is an Ice Destruction unit who drains an ally's HP to enter a buffed state with massively increased Ice damage. She is a top-tier hypercarry who wants a fast Harmony partner and a sustain to manage the HP cost.
- B S Wind Bronya Bronya is a Wind Harmony unit who advances an ally's action and buffs their CRIT DMG, effectively doubling the carry's output. She is the single most impactful support for hypercarry teams and wants high Speed to act before her carry.
- F S Quantum Fu Xuan Fu Xuan is a Quantum Preservation unit who redirects a portion of the team's incoming damage to herself and provides a team-wide CRIT Rate boost. She enables aggressive hypercarry play without a separate healer.
- W A Imaginary Welt Welt is an Imaginary Nihility unit who can Imprison (delay) enemies and reduce their damage output, making him a premier single-target controller for elite and boss fights. His personal damage is modest but his utility is high.

Meta Note
The current meta favors Anomaly-driven Disorder teams and stun-based burst compositions. Ellen Joe, Zhu Yuan, and Lycaon remain top-tier picks across multiple Deadly Assault cycles, while the F2P Cunning Hares core stays the most accessible starting archetype.
