Jingliu vs Seele: Which Ice/Quantum Carry to Build First 2026
Jingliu (Ice Destruction) has the higher AoE-leaning ceiling and scales hard with CRIT DMG and Speed, but needs Bronya + Fu Xuan to shine. Seele (Quantum Hunt) is cheaper to enable, excellent single-target, and snowballs via Resurgence. Pick Jingliu for late-game ceiling, Seele for an easier early core.

- Overkill in trivial content

Seele
Team: Seele + Bronya + Fu Xuan
Single-target Quantum burst with Resurgence extra turns after kills; snowballs through waves.
Pros:
- Cheaper to enable than Jingliu
- Best-in-class single-target burst
- Resurgence rewards aggressive play
Cons:
- Falls off vs bosses with no adds
- Single-target only
- Wants CRIT investment
Rotation: Skill -> kill -> Resurgence extra turn -> Ultimate
Verdict
For a new account, Seele + Bronya is the more self-contained burst core and cheaper. Pull Jingliu later for the higher ceiling once you have the supports.
