Honkai: Star Rail 2026 Meta: What Changed in Version 3.x

Version 3.x shifted the meta toward Erudition pairs (The Herta + Anaxa), HP-scaling Destruction (Mydei, Phainon), and renewed Super Break and DoT. Action-advance Harmony (Sunday, Bronya) and universal buffers (Robin, Ruan Mei) remain the connective tissue.

Erudition Renaissance

The Herta turned Erudition into a top AoE archetype, especially paired with a second Erudition like Anaxa or Jade and a buffer like Robin. Scholar Lost in Erudition + Izumo Gensei is the standard shell.

HP and Break Dominate

Mydei and Phainon made HP-scaling Destruction mainstream, while Firefly-led Super Break and Kafka-led DoT both received new enablers (Fugue, Hysilens) that pushed them back to S-tier.

Support Constants

Through every shift, Sunday, Bronya, Robin, and Ruan Mei stay best-in-slot for most teams. If you own these four, almost any new DPS slots into a working core.
