Best 10 Nihility Units in Honkai: Star Rail 2026
Nihility units apply debuffs and Damage-over-Time. Kafka and Hysilens anchor DoT; Silver Wolf and Pela shred DEF; Fugue enables Super Break. Ranked by how much they multiply team damage.
How We Rank These
A Nihility unit's job is to weaken the enemy or enable an archetype. Kafka is the DoT detonator; Silver Wolf is the single-target enabler who implants weaknesses; Fugue is the Break amplifier. Pick based on your carry.
Kafka
Lightning Nihility who detonates all active DoTs. The anchor of the DoT archetype and a top sustained-damage enabler.
Watch out: Needs a full DoT team to reach her value.
Silver Wolf
Quantum Nihility who implants enemy weaknesses and shreds DEF, turning any carry into a counter to that enemy.
Watch out: Best in single-target; personal damage is modest.
Fugue
Fire Nihility who implants weaknesses and amplifies Super Break. The key Firefly enabler that pushes Break teams to S-tier.
Watch out: Built for Super Break teams; little value elsewhere.
Hysilens
Lightning Nihility who anchors the new DoT generation alongside Kafka with stacking damage-over-time.
Watch out: Needs a DoT core; personal damage is low.
Cipher
Lightning Nihility who records damage and forces enemies to take increased damage, amplifying the whole team's output.
Watch out: Single-target focus; wants a carry acting after her.
Topaz
Fire Nihility who marks a target and boosts follow-up attack damage via Numby. The premier follow-up enabler.
Watch out: Best in follow-up attack teams.
Welt
Imaginary Nihility who Imprisons and slows enemies — the best free controller for elites and bosses.
Watch out: Modest personal damage; utility-focused.
Pela
Free Ice Nihility who shreds enemy DEF. One of the best free universal debuffers.
Watch out: Defense shred only; no damage of her own.
Sampo
Free Wind Nihility who applies Wind Shear DoT and DEF shred. A good free DoT enabler.
Watch out: Outclassed by Kafka/Hysilens in DoT cores.
Guinaifen
Free Fire Nihility who applies Burn DoT and DEF shred. A good free debuffer.
Watch out: Lower ceiling than limited Nihility.
