Build Analysis
Jingliu Premium Ice Core vs F2P Team: Which Build is Better?
Jingliu's premium team (Jingliu + Bronya + Fu Xuan) uses action-advance and damage-share to let her dump her buffed Ice combo with near-perfect uptime. The F2P team (Jingliu + Trailblazer + March 7th) is fully free and clears most content, but with less CRIT support and a weaker turn economy.
Premium Ice Core vs F2P Ice
Premium Ice Core
Team: Jingliu + Bronya + Fu Xuan
Bronya advances Jingliu for a doubled turn; Fu Xuan shares damage and grants team CRIT; Jingliu enters her buffed state and spams Enhanced Basics inside the window.
Pros:
- Highest Jingliu damage ceiling in the game
- Fu Xuan enables a no-healer core with team CRIT
- Bronya's advance maximizes buffed-state uptime
Cons:
- Requires two limited units (Bronya, Fu Xuan)
- Expensive to build to max
- Niche outside Ice content
Rotation: Bronya Skill -> Jingliu takes extra turn + Skill (Symbiosis) -> Enhanced Basic spam -> Ultimate to refill -> repeat
F2P Ice
Team: Jingliu + Trailblazer + March 7th
March 7th shields so Jingliu survives the HP drain; Trailblazer adds flex damage; Jingliu still enters her buffed state but with less CRIT support and slower turns.
Pros:
- Fully free units
- Clears story and early endgame comfortably
- Teaches the hypercarry rotation
Cons:
- Lower CRIT and slower turns cap her damage
- No action-advance means fewer buffed-state windows
- Trailblazer's damage is modest
Rotation: March 7th shield -> Jingliu Skill + Enhanced Basics -> Ultimate -> basic filler until Skill ready
Verdict
Build the F2P team first — it is free and proves the kit. Upgrade to Bronya + Fu Xuan when you pull them; the action-advance + team CRIT is the single biggest damage multiplier for Jingliu.
